343 Industries finally announced a release date for Halo Reach on PC. Kicking off the release of Halo: The Master Chief Collection for the platform, Halo Reach will arrive on December 3rd. It’s currently available to preorder on Microsoft Store and Steam.

Halo Reach for PC has been a topic of discussion for Halo fans since it was announced earlier this year. The title has seen its share of delays for the beta flight testing but progress has been made. Interestingly, the announcement comes just after the developer pulled the “when it’s ready” card with regards to a release date.

After the release of Halo Reach, other games from Halo: The Master Chief Collection will be coming to PC starting with Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary. Release dates for each are still a ways off but they’ll be available to purchase standalone for $10. Stay tuned for more details from X019 as the show rolls on.
