Halo The Master Chief Collection

In case you thought 343 Industries was abandoning Halo: The Master Chief Collection and the various issues plaguing it, then you’ll be happy to know that an update is on the way in April that will “address a variety of issues across the game.” It will also add penalties to quitting and betrayals.

The latest update will continue to improve matchmaking along with updating team sizes for various playlists based on results and feedback. One such playlist in Halo: CE Anniversary changed the team size in a playlist to just two players.

SWAT and Team Snipers are also expected to return in the future and 343 Industries will look at which playlists should become permanent based on player data. Playlists will also be receiving different ranks in the April update.

As of now, there’s no ETA on the update’s release but more information will be provided in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for more in the meantime.
