343 Industries released a new server-side update for Halo: The Master Chief Collection and finally brought back the SWAT playlist to eager fans.

As of now, the playlist is active for Halo 2, Halo 2: Anniversary and Halo 4 with Halo 3 to be added later. 343 Industries has also promised other returning playlists in upcoming content updates and some others like Team Doubles, Team Snipers and much more. This will depend on feedback and voting so make sure to send your votes in to the developer when you can.

Other changes with this update include changing the play count for Team Slayer, Halo 2 Classic, Halo 3 and SWAT to 4 vs. 4 with a minimum of six players needed to begin the match. There will also be updated voting options for different playlists and a new max party size for Big Team Battle which will be for 4 to 6 players. An 8 player max party size will return once other issues have been ironed out.

You check out the full update notes here. In the meantime, stay tuned for more details on upcoming updates.
