343 Industries has released a new update for Halo: The Master Chief Collection and it heralds the arrival of Halo 3: ODST’s campaign to the Xbox One shooter.

The update actually enables DLC support for Halo 3: ODST but you have to attain it separately from the Xbox Store. Those who logged into the Master Chief Collection from November 11th to December 19th 2014 will be receive a free download code. For everyone else, you’ll need to pay $4.99 for the campaign (which sadly doesn’t include Firefight).

The good news is that the update adds the remake of Halo 2 map Relic, renamed to Remnant and it’s free for all users. There are 100 new Achievements for both ODST and Remnant, so that should keep you busy. You can check out all the other new additions and improvements to the game here.
