“Hardboiled Gunplay” Dominates New Sleeping Dogs Trailer

Every new piece of footage Square-Enix and United Front Games release for their upcoming multiplatform actioner Sleeping Dogs seems to be a challenge. A challenge that says, “Well, are you interested now?”

And this new trailer just might be it. Detailing the gunplay and cover system within the game, it showcases the fast paced shooting style and bullet time, slow-mo shooting you’ll be able to harness. Best of all, you can leap over barriers in slow motion a la Vanquish. Not to mention explosive environments. Check out the obvious John Woo-homage above.
