Overwatch’s D.Va is the newest hero to arrive in Blizzard’s free to play MOBA Heroes of the Storm. What can she do? As it turns out in a new video, quite a bit.
D.Va can fight in two different modes – Mech and Pilot – and much like Overwatch, she has the ability to self-destruct. After this, D.Va can call her mech down again. Attacking enemies will reduce the cooldown on self-destruct and her mech, much like in the hero shooter. Unfortunately, like in Overwatch, D.Va’s overall tankiness isn’t very good. If you’re out in Pilot form, then it’s easy for enemies to track you down and kill you.
D.Va was added along with the new Nexus Challenge that rewards an Officer D.Va skin to Overwatch players who complete five matches. What are your thoughts on her inclusion thus far? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more updates.
