Hogwarts Legacy

In the last couple of weeks, we’ve finally gotten to see more of Hogwarts Legacy after a period of a few months of radio silence from the game. Following on from a trailer showcased at Gamescom Opening Night Live, WB Games has now released another new look at the upcoming open world action RPG.

A new featurette was recently shown off for the game during the “Back to Hogwarts 2022” presentation, with the emphasis being on showcasing various locations from in and around Hogwarts in the game’s open world.

The primary focus here is on showing off the common rooms of each house. The Slytherin common room in the dungeons looks out at the Black Lake, while the lavish Gryffindor common room is in one of the highest towers of the castle. The Ravenclaw common room, meanwhile, looks crisp and elegant, while the Hufflepuff common room is full of greenery and has a skylight.

The featurette also offers glimpses of some of the locations in the castle grounds, including some ruins based on a Harry Potter theme park ride that’ll serve as the backdrop for one of the game’s side quests. Meanwhile, Warner Bros. also reveals that linking your WB Games account with your Harry Potter Fan Club account will net you with bonus cosmetics in the game.

Hogwarts Legacy is due out on February 10, 2023 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Check out the game’s PC requirements through here.
