Hollow Knight: Silksong’s first major patch is now live on all platforms, and brings several bug fixes alongside some balance changes. These include fixing Wishes like Infestation Operation, which wouldn’t be completed in the late game, or Hornet becoming stuck after bouncing off certain projectiles.

Certain courier deliveries would also become inaccessible in the late game, and Snitch Pick wouldn’t provide Rosaries and Shell Shards as intended. Both of these have since been fixed. As for the balance changes, Rosaries should drop more frequently from containers and bosses like Moorwing and Sister Splinter will be slightly less challenging. The Sandcarvers will also deal less damage.

Head here for the full patch notes. Team Cherry hasn’t announced the details or ETA for its next update, but it’s currently in the works, so stay tuned for more information.

Hollow Knight: Silksong is available for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, PC, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. You can check out our review here.
