With Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered out next week, developer Nixxes Software has revealed what PC players will need to run the open-world action RPG across various graphical presets. Regardless of your configuration, however, you’ll need 135 GB of installation space.
For 720p/30 FPS at Low quality, an Intel Core i3-8100 or AMD Ryzen 3 1300X, 16 GB of RAM, and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 or AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT 4 GB are necessary. Medium quality at 1080p/60 FPS necessitates a Core i5-8600 or Ryzen 5 3600, 16 GB RAM, and either an RTX 3060 or a Radeon RX 5700.
High quality allows for 1440p/60 FPS or 4K/30 FPS, provided you have a Core i7-9700 or Ryzen 7 3700X, 16 GB RAM, and an RTX 3070 or Radeon RX 6800. Finally, for the gold standard, 4K/60 FPS at Very High settings, a Core i7-11700 or Ryzen 7 5700X, 16 GB RAM, and an RTX 4080 or Radeon RX 7900 XT are required.
Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered launches on October 31st for PS5 and PC for $49.99 ($9.99 for owners of the original or Complete Edition).
