Fortnite - Aloy

As revealed by recent datamining, Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn and the upcoming Horizon Forbidden West is joining Fortnite. She’s part of the Horizon Zero Dawn Bundle which arrives on April 15th in the item shop and also includes the Blaze Canister Back Bling, Glinthawk Glider and Aloy’s Spear Pickaxe. There’s also the Focus effect, Heart-rizon emote and Shield-Weaver Wrap (reminiscent of the first game’s Shield-Weaver armor).

Though the items will be available individually, you also get the Skywatcher Loading Screen as a bonus. Those who purchase the Aloy Outfit on PS5 can also unlock Ice Hunter Aloy Style which is based on the Banuk Ice Hunter outfit. Furthermore, there’s the Aloy Cup which players can compete in to unlock the Horizon Zero Dawn Bundle early. The tournament – which focuses on earning bonus points with bow kills – starts on April 14th.  The top duos teams in each region will receive the bundle as a reward.

For everyone else, there’s the upcoming limited time mode “Team Up! Aloy and Lara” which sees Tomb Raider’s Lara Croft working with Aloy. One player will begin as either Aloy or Lara while their teammate will assume the other’s role. Each has their respective weapons and must hunt wildlife. The limited time mode will start on April 16th at 6 AM PT and end on April 18th.
