Given Time, the free campaign for JETT: The Far Shore from Superbrothers and Pine Scented Software is now available. Along with PS4, PS5 and PC via the Epic Games Store, its release coincides with the base game’s launch on Steam. Check out the launch trailer below.
When JETT: The Far Shore was first released, it received praise for its aesthetics but was criticized for its gameplay and the cliffhanger ending. Given Time is set three years later and sees Mei journeying alone. A “mysterious phenomena” has emerged, and players must explore hidden locations to learn more. Many lingering plot threads from the base game also promise to be wrapped.
Overall, Given Time is more free-form with less dialogue, providing a more meditative, open-world survival experience. As creative director Craig D.
