Jim Ryan: There are a “bunch of Surprises” for the PS3 “at the back end” of the year

Posted By | On 03rd, Dec. 2011

SCEE’s Jim Ryan hints at some surprises for the PS3, which may be announced at the back end of this year. This piece of information falls in line with the current Spike VGA rumours about an unannounced PS3 exclusive.

As you all know Geoff Keighley is hyping the hell out of this, because it’s supposed to be something “You won’t believe”.

You can read about all that over here. There are some images which hint at a PS3 exclusive being announced at the VGAs.

Ryan mentioned that he knows there are some amazing things in stored for the PS3 next year, which will be announced soon, but he doesn’t want to give it up. He mentioned this in an interview with OPM UK, which we have posted below.

“There’s a bunch of stuff at the back end of the year – I’ll just tease you with this because I not going to tell you what because I can’t – which I’m very excited by, and you’ll hear about [it] over the coming months. [It’ll] give you plenty to write about,” he said to OPM.

So it seems like a big one. Tell us what you think in the comments section below.
