Jump Force’s Newest Trailer Introduces Us To Yugi

It seems to me like he was translated into the game well enough.

Bandai Namco is working on putting out Jump Force, a crossover action game which acts as a crossover for multiple Japanese franchises featured in the Shonen! Jump manga. And the newest trailer for the game, which was announced back at E3, introduces us to Yugi, from Yu-Gi-Oh. And, yeah, he’s pretty different here than you may expect, basically showing up as a full-on fighter.

The two cards that Yugi will apparently use the most in combat appear to be Dark Magician and Dark Magician Girl, although the end of the trailer seems to suggest that he will be using a substantially more powerful one — Slifer the Sky Dragon — in the game at some point as well. Basically, Yu-Gi-Oh fans should be plenty happy with how Yugi seems to have been translated into the game, although I’ll defer to them on that (Yu-Gi-Oh was never quite my thing, so I’m not the most qualified to comment on this).

Jump Force launches for PS4, Xbox One, and PC next year.
