Square Enix has a pretty cool promotion for its upcoming Just Cause 3- it’s letting fans create a launch trailer for the game, and if your entry happens to be selected, it’s letting you win $5000 worth of goodies. The best part is, you get almost total creative control of the process- your trailer can be anything, as long as it can serve as an adequate launch trailer for Just Cause 3.
“[Create] an epic 1-2 minute trailer that captures all the action, energy, fun and atmosphere of Just Cause 3 the best,” Square Enix said. “Whether that’s an animated trailer, a live action movie by you and your friends or an action-packed gameplay trailer made using the Just Cause 3 gameplay footage provided.”
There will be multiple winners selected- one overall, as well as winners for best use of humor, best use of music, and best use of action. The overall winner gets the following things:
- Opportunity to have the winning trailer submission to be used as the official Just Cause 3 trailer (priceless!)
- KRK – RPG6 studio reference speakers
- Tascam – 2×2 Audio Interface
- Epiphone Les Paul Custom Pro Guitar
- SONAR Steam Edition Platinum
