The third season of Microsoft’s continually popular fighting game, Killer Instinct, will be coming out in April 2016- and, as announced at E3, it will be launching on both, Xbox One as well as Windows 10 PCs.
Killer Instinct Season 3 will also feature some crossovers from popular Rare franchises (remember, Killer Instinct was originally made by Rare back in the early 1990s)- the first such crossover announced was a Battletoads character.
Killer Instinct is out on Xbox One right now. It’s a free to play fighter, with multiple characters that are rotated in being made available to players for free- sort of like how popular MOBAs on PC such as League of Legends and DOTA 2 all do it.
The game on PC will support all control schemes, including control pads, as well as fight sticks, so that should please all PC players.
