Killing Floor 2 Announced for PlayStation 4

Murder, death, kill on the PS4 in Spring.

Tripwire Interactive’s Killing Floor 2 made an appearance at the PlayStation Experience event – or more specifically, it was announced that the predominantly PC-exclusive franchise would be making its console debut on the PS4 in 2015. A short gameplay trailer was showcased which features…well, lots of killing. Check it out above.

The sequel seems to put a bigger emphasis on unorthodox weapons like a gun that shoots razor blades, a samurai blade and much more. There are still the traditional weapons like a fully automatic shotgun, assault rifles, machetes, flamethrowers and much more. You’ll be able to team up with friends to murder hordes and hordes of mutants as in the original.

Of course, Killing Floor 2 will also be available on the PC in 2015. What are your thoughts on the gameplay and the utter blood spillage showcased in the trailer? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below and stay tuned for more information.
