Warhorse Studios’ Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is now available on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. A direct sequel to the developer’s 2018 action RPG, the story sees Henry of Stalitz continuing his quest to avenge his parents. Check out the launch trailer below.

The fundamental gameplay systems and painstaking recreation of medieval life remain, but Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 improves on everything from the original. Combat is more fluid and responsive, with each weapon having unique attacks. Dialogue systems are more nuanced as responses depend on Henry’s standing and cleanliness alongside certain stats.

Even the world has become more dynamic, with its NPCs responding to crimes and other actions more realistically. Check out our review for more details – despite a few rough edges and save system issues, we gave it a nine out of ten.

There’s more to come, with three paid DLCs in the works and free features like horse racing, Hardcore Mode, and more. Head here for the post-launch roadmap.
