Now that the excitement that came from the announcement of Kingdom Hearts 3 and a remake of Final Fantasy VII have died down, we can settle down and get some real information on what Square Enix is envisioning when it comes to these game worlds. Tetsuya Nomura, director of both those titles recently sat down with the Japanese website, Dengeki and luckily there is an English translation provided because he brings some rather juicy info about those games and more.

Among the most interesting tidbits when it came to Kingdom Hearts 3 was a new feature that Nomura dubbed “Attraction Flow.” He talked about the fact that the company showed it off in the E3 video they used to announce the game and it basically means that special things will occur spontaneously by arranging particular conditions. He says this feature was used specifically in the parts of the video where we saw users riding the roller coaster and tea cup while fighting. This section of the video stood out most and Nomura says that is thanks to the Attraction Flow feature.

In other news directly relating to the Final Fantasy world, there is a new boss being featured in the demo for Final Fantasy XV. The attached video shows off a brand new giant “dino” that appears to be quite the challenge for our intrepid game players. The video not only shows off just how big the thing is but how hard it is to hurt this thing, let alone try to kill it. Check out the video of this new boss in Final Fantasy XV and let us know what you think while you patiently wait for an official release date for Kingdom Hearts 3.
