Kingdom Hearts 3 – New Screenshot Showcased “Rock Troll”, Will Be A Mid-Boss

More details about the much anticipated game revealed.

Fans of the Kingdom Hearts series were understandably excited when Square Enix released a screenshot for the upcoming, highly anticipated Kingdom Hearts III. One of them showed Sora battling against a gigantic enemy, and many speculated that it was a depiction of one of the boss battles in the game, making people even more excited. As it turns out, the speculation was partly true.

In an interview with Famitsu, game director Tetsuya Nomura confirmed that the enemy we see in the screenshot (pictured above) is a Rock Troll, and that it is treated in the game as a mini boss, or a “mid-boss”, as he puts it. So yeah, while it’s not necessarily a proper boss battle, it’s not a regular battle against regular enemies either.
