At recent the Kingdom Hearts Orchestra: World of Tres concert in Japan, Square Enix’s Tetsuya Nomura, co-director of Kingdom Hearts 3, announced a new upcoming expansion for the RPG (via Siliconera). Called ReMind, it is said to be similar in nature to a Final Mix, and features plenty of significant new content to back that claim.
Said new content includes a new secret ending, new bosses, a Limit Cut Episode, and additional voice acting (both in English and Japanese), with Square Enix promising that a lot more is yet to be announced. Meanwhile, a new form and a new Keyblade have also been confirmed as free downloads for all players.
A release date or pricing for the DLC haven’t yet been announced. Kingdom Hearts 3 also recently received a free update, which added a Critical Mode to the game for those who weren’t satisfied with the base game’s unchallenging nature. Read more about it through here.
Kingdom Hearts 3 is currently available on PS4 and Xbox One.
