Epic-Games-Store-

There’s a lot of mixed feelings in the PC gaming space right when it comes to the Epic Games Store. It seems those active in the community fall either firmly one way or another about Epic’s strategy with their store. But one thing that’s hard to knock is the free stuff- and Epic has been dolling out free stuff pretty consistently since launching the store, and this week it’s time for another free game in the form of Kingdom: New Lands.

The game is a 2D pixel art adventure title, and a reworked version of the original release simply called Kingdom. At its core, the game is a building simulator, as you must help an aspiring monarch build up his kingdom. You will have deal with resource management, along with conflicts with monsters.

Kingdom: New Lands will be free on the Epic Games Store until June 13th, coinciding with the end of their current “Mega Sale.” After that, the next free game will be Enter the Gungeon.
