Kingdoms of Amalur gets a 9 in first official review

Posted By | On 17th, Jan. 2012

EA’s upcoming Action-RPG Kingdoms of Amalur has received its first ever official review. Xbox 360 Mag Italy has given the game a 9/10 in its February issue, saying it’s a must-have game, even for those who’re not big RPG fans.

Considering the talent working on the game praise is all but expected. Ken Rolston, lead designer of Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind and Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, along with Todd McFarlane, creator of Spawn, worked on the game at Big Huge Games, along with bestselling fantasy author R.A. Salvatore having written the game’s story.

In the same issue, they scored Asura’s Wrath (8.5/10), NeverDead (8/10), Final Fantasy XIII-2 (9.5) and SoulCalibur V (9.0).
