Kunitsu-Gami Path of the Goddess

Capcom has a lot going on with its flagpole franchises, from Monster Hunter Wilds to upcoming Street Fighter 6 DLC to, if reports are to be believed, plenty of new Resident Evil games. Between all of that, however, the company also has some smaller projects in the works that have caught the eye- like the upcoming action strategy title Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess

Recently at Summer Game Fest, Capcom offered another look at the game and its hack-and-slash combat with a new trailer, showing more glimpses of the game’s vibrant fantasy setting, and more. Check out the trailer below.

Meanwhile, a release date has also been announced for the game (it’s closer than you would think), along with confirmation that it will be a cross-gen game. Previously given a 2024 launch window, Capcom has announced that Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess will launch for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC on July 19.
