The demo for Lies of P, which has so far been available as part of Steam Next Fest, will now be available indefinitely. Developer Neowiz made the announcement with a press release ahead of the game’s full launch slated for September 19. The demo is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
The demo for Lies of P has been incredibly successful, with the studio revealing earlier this month that it had seen a million downloads in a short time. The studio also revealed that the demo saw a peak viewership of 170,000 on Twitch, and made its way into the top 3 list of Twitter’s worldwide trends.
Lies of P is a Souls-like game inspired heavily by Bloodborne. The game features an adaptation of the classic story of Pinocchio, but featuring a darker take on the story by being set in the Belle Époque-inspired city of Krat. The city has become a living nightmare infested by deadly puppets, all while a plague sweeps the land.
Lies of P is available for pre-order on all platforms, and comes in standard and deluxe editions.
