NEOWIZ’s Lies of P will be appearing at the Summer Game Fest Showcase and could have its release date announced (though it’s already listed on Amazon Japan). However, a free demo for the Souls-like action RPG is currently available for PlayStation, Xbox and PC via Steam.
The demo’s length is unknown, but it should provide a better look at the combat. Playing as Pinocchio in Krat, players must look for Mr Geppetto while murderous robots run rampant in the city. You’re not defenseless, with various customizable weapons and tools to batter enemies. Of course, during all this, you can take side quests and lie, changing the story’s outcome.
As for the full game, it’s also listed for September 19th on the PlayStation Store, so it’s only a matter of time before it’s official. Lies of P will launch for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and PC. Check out some extensive gameplay here.
