NEOWIZ released a new story trailer for Lies of P: Overture, the upcoming expansion to its acclaimed Souls-like action RPG. It offers more context on Lea, the Legendary Stalker, and the tragedy she faces before embarking on a journey for revenge. Naturally, she takes the help of Geppetto’s Puppet to help her. Taking place in the past before the Puppet Frenzy massacre, players will explore Krat in its “final days of grandeur.” However, this is more than a simple trip down memory lane, as your choices will affect the present world and reveal “hidden truths.” Opportunities to fight alongside Lea in combat also arise, as seen in the trailer.
New locations beget new threats as you uncover threads surrounding new and old characters. New armaments, Legion Arms, and weapon combinations will be available to even the score, though plenty of new bosses also await to push your limits.
