It was announced at E3 that the Life is Strange series would finally be making its way to the Nintendo Switch, with the Remastered Collection and True Colors both confirmed for Nintendo’s hybrid. Recently, however, there have been a couple of delay announcements for the series.
Square Enix has confirmed on Twitter via the official Life is Strange page that Life of Strange: True Colors’ Switch version is “running a little late.” The Switch version won’t launch on time, though apparently, it’s still being planned for a launch some time this year. When exactly? There’s no word on that yet, but information will be provided “over the coming weeks.”
Yesterday, Square Enix also confirmed that Life is Strange: Remastered Collection had been delayed to 2022. Read more on that through here.
Life is Strange: True Colors arrives on September 10 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and Stadia.
Additionally, Life is Strange: True Colors for Nintendo Switch is running a little late.
We won’t be quite ready to release on September 10 – but we still plan to release this year.
Please watch our channels for a confirmed date over the coming weeks!
