Sega and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio’s Like a Dragon franchise (formerly known as Yakuza) has been growing in popularity with each new instalment over recent years, and it’s now come out with its biggest game to date. Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth is out now, and Sega has released a launch trailer to commemorate its release and offer another look at the massive RPG. Check it out below.

Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth brings back Ichiban Kasuga as its central protagonist, with series veteran Kazuma Kiryu sharing the spotlight. Their adventure takes them to Hawaii, making Infinite Wealth the series’ first game to be set outside of Japan.

On the gameplay front, in addition to improvements to Yakuza 7’s RPG mechanics and combat, the game also boasts an infinite wealth (hehe) of side content, including a plethora of minigames, the Crazy Taxi-inspired Crazy Delivery, the Animal Crossing-inspired Dondoko Island, the Pokemon-inspired Sujimon battle, and more.

In our review of the game, we awarded it a score of 9/10, saying, “Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth is a staggeringly massive RPG featuring the culmination of all that RGG Studio, and the Yakuza/Like a Dragon franchise, have worked towards over the last two decades. An incredibly high-quality experience that doubles down on everything that was beloved about the previous entry, Infinite Wealth completes the series’ transformation into a genre-leading JRPG franchise.” Read the full review through here.
