Mafia 3

2K Games promised that we’d get a peak at the mob-centric Mafia 3 when Gamescom drew near and now the premise for the open world crime simulator has been revealed. Check it out below.

Mafia 3 essentially takes place in New Orleans in the year 1968 as Lincoln Clay, an ex-Vietnam war soldier, returns to the city. Things are all hunky dory in the city which is described as a “haven” for organized crime. But when the Italian mob decides to betray his new family and kill them all, it’s up to Clay to take revenge on everyone.

Mafia 3 will see Clay finding new allies and essentially rebuilding his family to take down the Italians. His quest for vengeance will lead to the entire city of New Orleans being changed in the process.

Hangar 13 is currently developing Mafia 3 which releases on Xbox One, PS4 and PC in 2016. What are your thoughts on the game so far? Let us know in the comments.
