Mafia The Old Country

Hangar 13 has already confirmed two graphics modes for Mafia: The Old Country on Xbox Series X/S and PS5, but that’s not all. It will also be PS5 Pro Enhanced on day one, with a new tweet confirming support for 120Hz displays and Variable Refresh Rate on the console.

Both Quality and Performance modes also benefit from a higher dynamic resolution. It hasn’t specified the base resolution for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, or even the frame rate in Quality mode. Performance mode, however, will deliver an average of 60 frames per second.

Mafia: The Old Country launches on August 8th for consoles and PC (check out the system requirements and graphics presets here). As a prequel to the first game, its story unfolds in San Celeste, Sicily, during the 1900s with Enzo Favara as the protagonist.
