Firaxis has showcased quite the roster of heroes in Marvel’s Midnight Suns, from the chaos magic-wielding Scarlet Witch to the gritty Wolverine. Its next Hero Spotlight focuses on a lesser-known character of the universe – Blade, a half-human, half-vampire hero that hunts vampires. Check it out below.
Blade has always been an enigmatic character, possessing a vampire’s strengths but still able to walk around in broad daylight. In Midnight Suns, Blade fights with his trademark sword and can seemingly petrify enemies before damaging them. There’s an apparent stealth aspect to his character, which isn’t obvious when he’s spraying with twin SMGs.
However, given the pattern of hero reveals till now, we’ll learn more about Blade’s cards and Heroic abilities in the coming days. Marvel’s Midnight Suns is out on December 2nd for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC, with the Xbox One, PS4, and Nintendo Switch versions coming later. Stay tuned for more details in the meantime.
