The launch trailer for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 from Insomniac Games is here, mere days from launch. It sees Miles Morales enlisting Peter Parker’s help to take on various villains, some familiar and others new. Check it out below, though beware of potential spoilers.
Along with confirming the return of Mister Negative, Sandman also appears, looking gargantuan (and making for an epic set piece). A decent chunk of the trailer also features Peter possessed by the Symbiote and lashing out at his friends. There’s also plenty of Venom, who looks pretty terrifying, but even with all the new additions, the sequel will be about as long as the first game.
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is out on October 20th for PS5. It’s available to pre-load now, and Insomniac recently revealed two new suits that will be available in-game – Brooklyn 2099 and Kumo.
