Though Peter Parker is certainly the most popular Spider-Man, he isn’t the only Spider-Man, and though Miles Morales doesn’t have nearly as much history as Peter Parker does, he’s still been a widely popular and beloved character since he was first introduced. in recent years, his popularity has shot through the roof, thanks to his lead role in the incredible animated film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. Soon, he will be taking centerstage in the upcoming Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales as well- and not surprisingly, the game is taking this perfect opportunity to pay tribute to the excellent film.

As revealed by PlayStation on Twitter, Miles’ Spidey suit from Into the Spider-Verse will be one of several suits you’ll be able to wear in the game. It also looks like some nice visual effects have been added in, such as pop-ups during combat, and Miles himself being exclusively rendered at a lower frame-rate as compared to the rest of the game to give him a look more faithful to the film. The latter is particularly on point, since Sony did some really interesting things with frame rate in Into the Spider-Verse as well. Take a look below.

Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales is out for the PS5 and PS4 on November 12. Reportedly, its reviews will begin going live on November 6.
