Though not quite a full gameplay demonstration, Bioware did reveal some gameplay footage through a behind-the-scenes video of Mass Effect Andromeda.
Mass Effect Andromeda sees you leading an expedition to find a new home for humanity and will boast new planets, new technology and new races (familiar ones like the Asari still appear though). Bioware promises “more freedom” than ever before with a new cast of characters. The protagonist, still unnamed but likely to be the rumoured Ryder, was showcased near the end of the video.
We also get a glimpse at the new planets and enemies that we’ll be exploring. Lo and behold, the Mako also makes a return. Bioware has promised to reveal even more information this Fall.
