Medal of Honor Warfighter PS3 Requires 2 GB Install Space

Players will also have a choice between 480p and 720p resolutions.

Let the talk of one console holding down the other commence. According to the back of the box art, posted online by Walmart, the Electronic Arts-published and Danger Close-developed first person military shooter Medal of Honor: Warfighter will require a 2 GB install for Playstation 3 gamers before they can start playing.

The main stickler is that it will support HD output for 480p and 720p resolutions. Notice the lack of full 1080p resolution. On a lesser note, the game will also support 2-20 players for online multiplayer.

Of course, it also reiterates that you’ll receive an invite for the Battlefield 4 beta and the Zero Dark Thirty map pack, releasing on December 17th. And for those who decide to order from Walmart, you’ll also receive a free Global Warfighter documentary movie and Navy Seal Sniper. Plus some VUDU credit, if that’s your thing.

How long before people blame the XBox 360 and the title’s need to adhere to multiplatform diktats? Well, we’re sure PC gamers won’t be facing an HD output problem.
