The latest Media Create sales charts are out, and the Nintendo 3DS continues its unshakable stint at the top, having outsold every other system on the market, including rival and competitor handheld PS Vita. It was bolstered, no doubt, by two new high profile releases this week- Yokai Watch Busters and Great Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. That, plus sustained performance from last week’s Fire Emblem Fates continued to keep it going.
On the consoles end, the PlayStation 4 remains the highest selling in the region, its nearly 16,000 units sold handily beating the Wii U, which nonetheless continues to post consistent numbers thanks to the unexpected success of Splatoon. The Xbox One, as always, brings the rear, with less than 200 units sold.
