The closer we get to E3, the more assets are being leaked online that hint at what we can expect to see. The problem, as it is every year is that we never know, until there is confirmation from the companies themselves is what assets are real and which are fake. That is the question that is swirling around a very short clip and a High-Res image which surfaced earlier this morning.
The clip and picture are clearly supposed to hint at the fact that beloved series MediEvil is headed to Sony’s PS4. It shouldn’t be a huge surprise that Sony is looking to bring one of its older titles up to the current generation console. It’s only a bit of a surprise because the company itself has never really made much of a mention about a port.
We have been hoping for MediEvil to get to the PS4 ever since the console was first hinted at, but that doesn’t mean we’re entirely buying that day is finally here. Part of the doubting surrounding the veracity of these assets is that there isn’t much of a story to tell to go along with them. The clip is just two seconds long, but it does look pretty and it does look like it has been revamped for the PS4. So does the image. We might know more about whether or not these leaks are the real deal as soon as tomorrow. The Twitter account that posted these assets said they hope to have more info on this new MediEvil Saturday.
