Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance – New Screenshots for Jetstream Sam DLC

Check out what's in store with Platinum's latest DLC.

Jetstream Sam, if you haven’t played Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, is Raiden’s nemesis. Kind of like how Knuckles was Sonic’s nemesis. So while he’s sort of the bad guy, you just can’t help liking him. With the VR missions DLC already on the way, Konami has released some screenshots for the upcoming DLC featuring Sam and his crazy exploits.

It seems that Sam’s fighting style isn’t too different Raiden’s, though he has a habit of stabbing hearts rather than grabbing them in one fell swoop when slicing. Sam also appears to be facing off against his own version of Metal Gear Ray. There are also VR missions that Sam can part in, taking place from a 2.5D perspective.

As of now, there’s no word on pricing but we can expect to see the DLC within the coming month. Until then, check out our review of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance here.
