Konami and Platinum Games have released new screenshots from the upcoming Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, showcasing the current hot topic of the moment Sunny. Check them out below.

There was plenty of news floating around that a more grown up version of Sunny, daughter of Olga Gurlukovich from Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, would appear. She was already seen at a child in the fourth game, and since MGR is set after the events of Guns of the Patriots, why it seemed logical. At one point she was even said to be a “secret character”.

The new screenshots that have emerged however now confirm her to be working with Raiden, though in what capacity is still unknown. As of now, Sunny seems to be working at an air base or even aircraft carrier as one of the pictures showcases.

Also, Cyborg Wolf cameo for the win!

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is set to release of PS3 and Xbox 360 on February 19th for North America and February 22nd for Europe.
