Kojima Productions may have fooled around in the past few weeks with chicken hats and portable toilets for Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain but there’s no denying that this may be Hideo Kojima’s most anticipated game yet. When will it be out though? According to the recent episode of Kojima Station, it won’t be much longer now.

As Game Spark noted, a Kojima Productions rep said, “I know you’ve all been eagerly await for word on releasing timing. I think we should be able to announce that soon, so look forward to that. It’s only a little longer.”

Perhaps an announcement before or at E3 2015? One can certainly hope.

Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain will be out on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3, PS4 and PC this year. Are you looking forward to it? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below and stay tuned for more information on the game in the coming months.
