Gamescom attendees will get their chance to go hands-on with Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater in a new demo ahead of its launch. In the meantime, Konami continues to release new gameplay clips, the latest showcasing the Sneaking Suit from Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker in action.
Available in the Sneaking DLC Pack, included with the Digital Deluxe Edition, the suit makes your footsteps quieter. It’s not the most bombastic perk, but as the clip reveals, attracting attention from a guard to circle around, plant an explosive, and direct them towards it becomes trivial. Of course, this implies that without it, they’ll be much more attentive towards your footsteps when close, so keep that in mind.
Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater launches on August 28th for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. You can check out the global release timings here. Konami has yet to dive into the new online mode, Fox Hunt, which appears to be a Metal Gear version of Prop Hunt. Perhaps we’ll learn more in the coming weeks. Stay tuned in the meantime.
