Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes Receives PlayStation-Exclusive “Deja Vu” Mission

Snake returns (no, the other one).

If it wasn’t enough having so many big developers, studios and reveals at the PS4 All Access Event in New York City to celebrate the launch of the PS4 in the United States, Metal Gear Solid creator Hideo Kojima was on hand to reveal new information for Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes. Essentially, it announced that PlayStation players will have a chance to play a new exclusive mission “Deja Vu” which feature Classic Snake.

Yes, the old blocky model from the first Metal Gear Solid. You’ll be hunting down guards dressed in winter clothing and…well, not a whole lot more was revealed beyond that. Exciting or super lame? We’ll let you decide but either way, it’s only for PlayStation.

Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes will be releasing in Spring 2014 for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3 and PS4 as a digital release. It will serve as a prologue for the upcoming Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain
