Metal Gear Solid: The Legacy Collection has been rated for Korea, according to a recent software listing. The only thing we know is that it will be arriving on the PlayStation 3 at some point and Konami is the registrant involved. Series creator Hideo Kojima released a new image today, with the simple words “Metal Gear Solid” and the various faces of Snake embedded within. Check it out below.

So it’s a given that this game will collect all five Metal Gear Solid titles – essentially Metal Gear Solid, Sons of Liberty, Snake Eater, Sons of Liberty and Peace Walker – into one package. Kojima hasn’t confirmed or denied anything but what else could it? A crossover fighting game? Unlikely.
There are several other Metal Gear Solid games that need to be taken into account like Portable Ops. Maybe that’s part of the collection in some shape or form? Regardless, we’ll update once we have more info.
