Metro Exodus

The Metro games have always been known for their incredible sense of atmosphere, something that they achieve in part thanks to a great sense of place. Said sense of place, in turn, is rooted in their world building, which more than adequately conveys the bleak, harsh, and desperate reality of their post apocalyptic world.

That world and its brutality, as well as the hostility and the harrowing obstacles that face the Aurora Crew as they escape Moscow and venture out into the unknown and uncharted wilderness, are what are placed center stage in this new story trailer for Metro: Exodus. The trailer is narrated from the perspective of Anna, the top sniper of the crew, and Artyom’s wife, and chillingly establishes that same sense of place that fans love the series for.

You will get the chance to observe and admire the beauty of the world of Metro as well, since Exodus will be getting a Photo Mode on Day One. Day One being February 15, when it will be launching for PS4, Xbox One, and PS4.
