Microsoft will be changing the Achievement system according to a new report on Polygon. They mention that the console will also share videos directly to social media networks and it’s similar to what Sony showed at their conference.

They will also allow the publishers to decide whether to include always-online internet connection or not.

“With the next Xbox, developers and publishers will be able to add more achievements to a game after launch, without the need to add DLC,” the site reads. “This is designed specifically to allow developers to tweak player behavior, perhaps urging players to check out specific areas of a game or get past a difficult spot.”

There won’t be a cap on friends list as well and players will be able to follow anyone they wish like Twitter.
