Lift London, a development subsidiary of Microsoft, has been working on a set of free-to-play AAA titles, which, according to Microsoft, will be unveiled quite soon. Lift Londong focuses on affiliated (non-mainstream such as tablets) gaming platforms. In a recent interview with OXM, Lee Schuneman, the studio head of Lift London confirmed that all three titles will be released soon.

Lift London was founded in 2012 with the goal of exploring the potential expansion of the tablet platform in terms of gaming and otherwise. Soon after its inception, the stdio began to focus on developing cloud-based content, which has caused some to wonder if there is a plan for the studio to link up with Xbox One in some fashion.

“We’ve got a high bar for innovation. We have three cool titles in development that we’ll reveal very soon,” he said.

Futhering these rumors, the announced free-to-play titles have been confirmed for ‘connected devices’ which is a cryptic way of implying that these games will connect to the Xbox One in some fashion.
