Microsoft earlier stated that it would be revealed more new IPs and exclusives in the coming months for its Xbox One console. Odds were heavy that the upcoming Gamescom in August could be the place – and according to new information from CVG, Microsoft will be hosting a press conference.
Organizers and third party studios were briefed that this would be a one hour long press conference. Of course, when asked for more details, a spokesperson for Microsoft stated that, “We’re excited to be back at Gamescom this year but we’re not announcing any further details on our plans at this time. Please stay tuned for more details!”
No final date or schedule has been announced for the same, but with Gamescom taking place from August 21st to 25th, it in Cologne, Germany, we’ll be receiving confirmation soon enough.
