Microsoft’s Phil Spencer Hopes That Xbox Is The ‘Last Job He Ever Has’

During Microsoft’s broadcast on Extra Life, we got to hear quite a bit about Phil Spencer’s views on his philosophy regarding his work as well as about games and its impact on society.

It’s clear that Phil Spencer loves his job and he believes that he gets to work with the best people in the world. In fact, he loves what he does so much that he hopes that this is “the last job he ever has.” One of the things that he really seems to appreciate is his team and how passionate they are about what they do.

According to Spencer, video games help bring people together and because of this, it has a positive impact on society. He then goes on to talk about many things ranging from what video game tattoo he’d get to what to what kind of game he’d play in co-op with Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella.
