Monster Hunter Rise

It is soon time once again to go on the hunt with Monster Hunter Rise, coming later this year. Ever since the surprise reveal of the game last year, Capcom has been showing off the game consistently with various looks at elements you’ll be interacting with. Now a new set of armor takes the spotlight with a distinct look.

Via the series’ official Twitter, Capcom has revealed a new video of the Somnacanth armor. Getting your own look for your character has always been a part of the games, but it became a much bigger element as the series has progressed. This armor is of the scaly variety and has a very distinct color scheme of purple, gold, and a bright blue. You can use this on your character hunter, or either your Palico or Palamute companion.

Monster Hunter Rise is set to release March 26th for Nintendo Switch. For later this month, Capcom has said to expect some more news about the game, so stay tuned for that.
