Capcom has already inundated fans with a new gameplay trailer for Monster Hunter Wilds and tons of information following the latest State of Play. However, there’s more to come, as producer Ryozo Tsujimoto announced another new trailer premiering at Summer Game Fest on June 7th.

It will reveal another new monster for the first time. Executive director and art director Kaname Fujioka and director Yuya Tokuda will also attend the showcase to offer more details about the game. With Capcom officially partnered with the event, other titles may be showcased well, so stay tuned for updates.

Monster Hunter Wilds launches in 2025 for Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC. The development team recently detailed two new large monsters – Doshaguma and Chatacabra – while outlining the more advanced ecosystems (which include extreme weather). Players can utilize new weapon actions, the new Hook Slinger for grasping far-off objectives and Focus Mode for more precise attacking, guarding and aiming.
